Fish Totem
This unusual sculpture of four fishes sits on top of a unique piece of coral. Each fish was designed to be viewed from either side and was first fired individually. For the next firing the fish were positioned so that the tails would touch. To add additional interest to the sculpture mold release material was positioned under parts of the fish so that tails and bodies would curve to add an appearance of motion . The fish totem can be rotated to any position as the stainless rod supporting the totem sits loosely in the corral’s cavity.
This item measures 7” long x 4” wide x 14” high.
